Hi. My name is Lisa Strusowski. I am a photographer, content creator, and event designer based in the Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Greater Philadelphia communities.
I bought one of the first DSLR cameras made, a Canon EOS 450D to take photos of my family, including my two young daughters, to document daily life as they were growing up.
In 2020, it was time to purchase to a full-frame DSLR camera.
After a lot of research, I opted to stay with Canon and have been very happy with their cameras and camera equipment ever since.
Cameras & Video
I initially bought a crop frame camera, Canon EOS 450D, but in 2020, I added the Canon EOS 6D Mark II to my camera bag.
I also bought the Canon PowerShot SX740 HS for on-the-road trips around the country and beyond. It is compact, light, and has similar manual controls like my other cameras. It is the perfect travel camera to take in the car or on the airplane.
For lifestyle, travel, and food video blogs, I love to use my GoPro HERO8. I also use the GoPro to document my daughter’s field hockey and lacrosse games.
Lenses
I was fortunate that several of the lenses that I purchased for my first DSLR camera could be used for my new camera addition, the Canon EOS 6D Mark II. My lenses include:
