Flags for Heroes

The Flags for Heroes display of 400 flags at Delaware Tech Terry Campus, in partnership with the Dover Capital City Rotary, is held annually during the Memorial Day weekend. This Rotary fundraiser supports student scholarships and civic/military causes.

Local Vietnam Veterans assist the Rotary club members with the set-up of the 2023 Flags for Heroes display.
